I am having trouble logging into my Denver Broncos account what should I do?

What is the Broncos Plus program?

Exclusive to Broncos Season Ticket Members, Broncos Plus represents a new and free initiative geared towards rewarding our most passionate fans for their unwavering support and loyalty to the team.

Broncos Plus will allow fans to "plus up" their gameday by unlocking exclusive incentives including a Season Ticket Member discount of 20% on food and beverage at stadium concessions stands and merchandise at the team store.

What are the hours of operation for the ticket office at Empower Field at Mile High?

The Ticket Office at Empower Field at Mile High is open Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am – 1:00pm before a Broncos home game.

When are the payment deadlines?

Club and Reserved Accounts:

• Pay in Full: Due March 21, 2024
• 50%/50% Payment Plan: Due March 21st and July 18, 2024
• 4 Quarter Payment Plan: Due March 21st, May 16th, June 13th, and July 18, 2024

Can I improve my seats for the 2024 season?

Yes. The Seat Improvement Process takes place starting on Monday, April 9th (United Club Level Accounts), and Monday, April 22nd (Reserved Accounts). Your specific date/time to view available seats can be found in the personalized renewal information that was emailed to you.

Will Season Ticket Benefits continue for the 2024 season?

Yes. Season ticket members will continue to receive all benefits including NFL RedZone, NFL+ and NFL Shop. Look for a separate email with access codes prior to the start of the 2024 regular season.

When will ticket activity [transferring/resale] be active on my account?

Once an account is paid in full, and after the 2024 NFL schedule is released, the option to transfer/resell your tickets becomes active. Please note, if you're planning to participate in the Seat Improvement Process, please refrain from managing (view, transfer, resell) your tickets online. Doing so prevents you from viewing available seats during the Seat Improvement Process. When reselling your tickets on NFL partner sites, please review their updated policies for upcoming games. Ticketmaster, Seat Geek and StubHub will pay any resale amounts after a game is played.

With new tax laws, what do I need to know about this new process?

Ticketmaster is required to report any amount you may receive for selling or reselling tickets on their marketplace. Ticketmaster is required to file a Form 1099-K report with the IRS. For more information, please visit Ticketmaster .

How will the Broncos keep fans safe while attending games at Empower Field at Mile High?

We take the health and safety of our fans very seriously. We have installed bipolar ionization in the stadium's HVAC system, UV-C lights under escalators to reduce and eliminate bacteria on widely used handrails, and installed 500+ hand sanitization stations. The stadium has accelerated our bathroom updates to entirely touchless systems including toilets, sinks, and paper-towel dispensers. We continue to work with the league and stadium partners to implement best practices and prepare to safely host fans this season.

What stadium improvements have been made to improve the fan experience?

Based on feedback we’ve received directly from our season ticket members, we’ve been busy making improvements to enhance the fan experience at all our games.
Some projects we’ve been working on include:

Videoboards:

• The South Scoreboard of Empower Field at Mile High will expand by 70 percent to currently rank as the fourth-largest single scoreboard in an NFL stadium. Measuring 31 feet taller than the current display, the new scoreboard will now measure 72’h x 225’w. The South Scoreboard as well as the two other in-bowl videoboards and ribbon boards will all be upgraded to HDR (High Dynamic Range)-quality displays. Powered by Daktronics with engineering and technical support from Colorado-based Arrow Electronics, the new main video board will feature more screen surface area to showcase real-time statistics, hi-definition replays, enhanced in-game entertainment and more.

Premium Hospitality Areas:

• Premium guests at Empower Field at Mile High will enjoy an elevated experience immediately upon entry with renovated corridors and suites. A new all-inclusive hospitality space—located on Level 0—will be built exclusively for fans to enjoy on gameday. Additionally, the United Club will include revamped A/V technology features and larger HD video displays for fan entertainment.

Technology:

• Empower Field at Mile High’s video control room will be rebuilt with cutting-edge technology, including a conversion to HDR, while the Tunnel Boards will also undergo significant enhancements. Beginning in 2024, the WiFi system throughout Empower Field at Mile High will also be enhanced as part of ongoing upgrades to ensure best-in-class connectivity.

Concessions:

• Along with Aramark—the Broncos’ official food and beverage provider—Empower Field at Mile High is pleased to provide significant concession upgrades for fans. As part of the improvements, the South Deck of Empower Field at Mile High will now feature permanent concessions for the first time ever. Additional concession enhancements also will be made to Levels 1, 2, 3 & 5 and will include more fan favorites such as Favs @ Mile High and Denver Cocktail Co. Currently featuring the largest deployment of autonomous markets of any sports venue, Empower Field at Mile High will expand this technology within current concession areas to further increase the speed of service through a contactless shopping experience.

Broncos Team Store:

• Located on the south end of Empower Field at Mile High, the Broncos Team Store will undergo a 3,000-square-foot expansion. The spacious new store (25 percent larger) will include more point-of-sale systems and expanded checkout areas to facilitate guest flow. Additionally, for the first time ever, customer restrooms will be installed in Broncos Team Store.

Elevators:

• Two new elevators will be installed on both the east and west sides of Empower Field at Mile High to better assist ADA patrons and guests as they navigate various stadium levels.
  

What do I do if I’m a Season Ticket Holder who is unable to attend a game?
