In order to obtain a Letter of Good Standing for Lottery purposes from the Louisiana Workforce Commission (LWC). Please download the attached application, complete and fax back to our agency at (225)346-6073. If you do not have an Unemployment Insurance account please complete an application using our online services tab (Register for an unemployment tax account) before submitting your request for a Letter of Good Standing. Make sure to document your application number; all incomplete applications will be deleted. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.
